Public Record Requests
Consistent with Public Records law A.R.S. 39-121, The Excel Center will respond to all public records requests as accurately and timely as possible. Please be as specific as possible in your request for any documents. All requests must be submitted in writing. Please send a records request to Diana Byers, Compliance & Reporting Director for The Excel Center via email to [email protected]. All requests will be processed in the order that they are received.
Commercial Request
If you are submitting a records request for a commercial purpose, you MUST disclose this pursuant to A.R.S. 39-121.03. Additional fees may apply.

Visits, Tours and Observations Policy
The Excel Center allows for visits, tours and observations of all classrooms by (1) students, (2) parent(s)/guardian(s) of enrolled incapacitated adult pupils, (3) students who wish to enroll, or (4) parent(s)/guardian(s) of incapacitated adult pupils who wish to enroll their children in any Excel Center, unless The Excel Center determines in its sole discretion that a visit, tour or observation threatens the health and safety of pupils and staff. All visitors to campus must first check in with Security or an Excel Center staff member. All approved visitors will receive a visitor’s pass and be escorted by an Excel Center staff member to their destination. All visitors must wear their pass and be accompanied by an Excel Center staff member at all times. This policy is easily accessible on the home page of the school’s website.
