The Goodwill Excel Center (“The Excel Center” or “We“) is a public charter school associated with the Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona that offers adult high school programs.  The Excel Center respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Adult Student Users Only; FERPA

Children Under the Age of 16

Neither our Website nor The Excel Center charter school are directed to children under the age of 16.  We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and do not wish to do so. If we learn that a person under the age of 16 is using the Website or any services offered through it, we will attempt to prohibit and block such use and will make our best efforts to promptly delete any personal data stored with us with regard to such child.   • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • To notify you about changes to our Website or any services we offer or provide though it.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
